Hi, I have a problem with my notebook computer. It is a Toshiba Satellite 1800 series. When I turn the computer on the windows is not loading. All I can hear is the hard drive, clank, clank, clank... Does anybody have any idea what could be wrong? Thanks

Hi, John It is hard to say not seeing the problem that you might have, but from what you are describing I think it is your Hard Disk Drive, it is broken and your windows is not loading up. It’s like having a scratch CD where the CD-ROM is truing to read the CD but because the CD is scratch so bed it cannot read it.
