Local disk problem- Drive C

| I can't open local disk in my computer by double clicking. I have to right click then choose 'explore'. When i double click a message comes up saying "windows cannot find RECYCLER\S-2-5-66-100009764-100020727-100014822-9815.com" The same occurs when i try to open my mp3 files that are stored on my mp3- which works via usb |
